This is the first and original roast for us and is named after a location that is very dear.  In the Blue Ridge Mountains within Virginia, there is a place that we found filled with beauty, wonder, rest, and a deep level of the Lord's presence. And in this place is where we experienced the reality of true restoration beyond earthly understanding.
 
Not only did relationships get restored, but dreams were restored as well. That was the location where Restoration Roastery was birthed, “Foggy Gap” as the locals affectionately called it.
